Fans of Jenny Hale, Debbie Macomber, and RaeAnne Thayne will adore Jennifer Kirk's newst book in her Sunny Banks book two, Returning to Romance.  In this heartfelt romantic comedy, Kirk tells the story of oldest sister,  Kalinda Wingate and her ex, first love, Clarke Cantor.  When he returns home to North Carolina for his sister's wedding he is also assigned a job as the Secret Sightseer at the Sunshine Sister's resort.  In his heart, he regrets his long ago break-up with Kalinda, but are there too many secrets and too much stacked against them to give love a second chance?   

Readers will fall in love with Kirk's delightful, and in depth characters as they navigate life, business, and romance.  While the story line touches on some weighty issues (family secrets, adult child/parent relationships, and broken hearts), Kirk touches on these with grace and wisdom.  Her special blend of humor and Simba's favorite characters (Bungee the parakeet, and an adorable teacup Yorkie as special guests) make this a delightful yet insightful read for all readers who love cozy romantic comedy.
